Mission Youth is an apostolate of the Regnum Christi Movement that works with bishops and pastors to evangelize by engaging and sending out youth to bear witness to Christ. By providing programs and training for youth as missionaries, Mission Youth seeks to re-energize Catholic life and foster greater parish involvement.

Attract Youth
Out of the ordinary experiences! Mission Youth missions are designed to challenge young people to step out into their world and live their faith in concrete ways. Youth are called to make a difference in their communities through service, evangelization, and personalized attention to the needs of others.

This ain’t your momma’s mission trip! Our international missions offer diverse locations, extreme conditions, cultural immersion… and that’s just the beginning! Mission Youth Missions offer a sense of adventure for young people who are ready to leave behind a culture saturated with television, video games, and celebrity gossip – and ready to make a difference as a Christian apostle!



Form Youth
The experience of the mission calls young people to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, encountering his love and having a desire to bring that love to others.

Every mission provides R.E.A.L. formation (Relate to Others, Encounter Christ, Act on your Faith Learn the Faith), which corresponds to four dimensions of the person: human, spiritual, apostolic, and intellectual. In addition, missions include daily Mass and meditations, spiritual direction, opportunities for personal prayer and reflection, frequent availability of the sacraments, and training to learn and defend the faith.

Launch Youth
Encountering Christ allows the missionaries to bring Christ to others, sharing his love and hope with all they come into contact with. Mission Youth challenges young people to follow Jesus Christ as modern day apostles who are active members of the Church and ready to share the Gospel with the world.
